Technical Support and Training

There are three forms of technical support for DesignWare and Splash / Planscape products, providing unlock codes, offering solutions to problems and training.

Unlock Codes - We have eliminated the need for customers to contact us for new unlock codes by allowing them to download unlocked versions of their software or to download the appropriate unlock code generator. The Unlock page offers instructions and the links to download the appropriate software.

Solutions to Problems - We offer two levels of technical support related to problems. The customer can solve their own problem by using the FAQ ( Frequently Asked Questions ) listed below, or they can contact a member of our technical support and pay for their services.

Training - In addition to the free 49 training movies for DesignWare 3.3 and the 65 training movies for Splash 3.1P, our support staff can also provide training. Please contact us if you would like more details.

Support Services
Support can be provided via the phone or email. Response times are within 24 hours, usually, within a few hours.

Phone - Rates are $1 per minute with a $10 minumin. Prior to offering support, credit card information provided by the customer ( card number and exp date ) will be verified by the support person with a $1 charge to the card. At the end of the support call, the remaining charges will be applied to the card.

Email - Rates are $25 per problem. The customer sends the support person their credit card information ( card number and exp date ) and a brief description of the problem. Prior to offering support, a charge of $25 will be applied to credit card.
